Designation: Site Engineer Duration: March 2018 to till now. Major Job Responsibilities :

Monitoring the overall functioning of processes parameter/system as per define guidelines, specification & standards

Responsible for analysis of major line problem using Plan layout & making an action plan. Line inspection, Final inspection, Non conformance recording, Root cause analysis & implementation of counter measures.

Implementation of 5S activities on the production floor Ensuring adherences to Quality Standards, implementing stringent quality control systems & reduce rejection level & rework.

In house calibration of instruments.

Daily monitoring of PPM at different stages.

Managed & worked with production on non conformance for press, paint & manufacturing column

& Garder parts of the product.

Monthly operator certification of critical operations in all areas & monthly re FPA plan. Ensures Effective & timely audit closure of all non conformities citied during audits. Create formal audit, report and assign corrective action as appropriate. Preparation of MIS Report and conduct meeting.

Responsible for startup of new Project up to Sample Submission along with PPAP Documentation.

Responsible to new product development activity.

Validation of golden sample with respect to Welding product and product specifications. Communication with the Area supervisor and other Team Leader. Major Authorities:

1. Line stop, Correct and Run & Take action if found major non conformity in process / Raw material. 2. Approval of Setup check Welding sheet /ARC /MIG/SMAW/BOM / Raw material inspection records. 3. Request machines/equipment spare parts.

4. Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment. 5. Test and inspect mechanical system,machines and equipments. 6. Capable of reading mechanical drawing with a Good understanding of mechanical control system. 7. Coordinate major maintenance and HVAC,systems and generators’ 8. Check safety assurance,compliance performance and business processes are followed. 9. Participate in,and lead as directed,engineering verification activities. 10. To implement in welding SAW,MIG,ARC,CO2,GRINDING,BUFFING. 11. Quality check in welding on plate and implement DP test conduct,also check of paint on plate. Job context:

Plan and manage the execution of all mechanical system and machines service and repairs. Request mechanical system and machines spare parts.Be capable of understanding all routine maintenance In line with manufactres recommendation.

Undergone three months training at JAMALPUR LOCOMOTIVE WORKSHOP EASTERN RAILWAY. Training on problem Solving techniques.
