Ensured applications were adhering to all data center timing and format standards for production turnover requests, including Remedy and Harvest packages and associated transmittals.

Created inventory forms for applications to record all code elements, adding rigor, accountability and a

previously nonexistent audit trail.

Conceived, developed and installed an On-line Install Playbook, centralizing all application

implementation tasks, and associated contact information. Universal appeal and effectiveness resulted in tool being required for all production implementations.

Assistant Treasurer - Integrated Test Environment Manager

Owned and managed the dedicated testing regions, production like environments for large scale project User Acceptance tests. Coordinated and scheduled test in 4 distinct test environments. Extensive work with testing new Data Warehouse application

Managed two technicians performing environment code migrations, JCL checks, performance monitoring and MQ troubleshooting which ensured region availability.

Developed and implemented a defect tracking tool providing a standardized, repeatable defect management process, replacing a variety of poorly defined, localized approaches, ultimately adopted as the company wide defect tracking mechanism.
