Conceived, developed and installed an On-line Install Playbook, centralizing all application

implementation tasks, and associated contact information. Universal appeal and effectiveness resulted in tool being required for all production implementations.

Assistant Treasurer - Integrated Test Environment Manager

Owned and managed the dedicated testing regions, production like environments for large scale project User Acceptance tests. Coordinated and scheduled test in 4 distinct test environments. Extensive work with testing new Data Warehouse application

Managed two technicians performing environment code migrations, JCL checks, performance monitoring and MQ troubleshooting which ensured region availability.
