Owning my own business for over 20 years, being able to understand the trials that owners and managers deal with and having a special perspective of these challenges on a day-to-day basis, are three key advantages that make me a valued employee. In retiring from my present ownership of my dance school, selling my dance studio corporation, and passing the torch after years of cultivating and training teachers, I look forward to starting a new career and exploring new opportunities to delve into. Embracing this process and anticipate opening a new and exciting chapter in my life has been exhilarating.

Being a well-rounded individual in different avenues of business, my critical thinking would become an asset to any employers looking for a motivated, hardworking, willing to learn new things, and cheerful person to have on staff. Being organized, self-motivated, creative, and eager to have teams’ members join to achieve a common goal would be a focus to bring to any new job. To enjoy bouncing idea off people, sharing in success, using the strengths in all, and creating a workplace that achieves more than they knew they were capable of is my goal. It would be an honor to have an employer take the time to interview me and get to know the person I am, and the person I can offer to any business. It will be rewarding to look forward to the right fit for myself and an employer, along with any company that invests in my unique skills. My critical thinking skills allow my unique perspective for any business that would take advantage of that. Thank you for taking the time to consider me in your future endeavors.
