Objective is to increase the plant capacity from 12 TPD to 15 TPD. Worked in the design of Distillation column and Heat exchanger. The overall material and energy balance were calculated. Evaluated the economic feasibility of the plant. EPOS project

To optimize the pilot and production plants which run at less profit. By identifying the paƌaŵeteƌ’s aŶd applyiŶg the tǁo-level factorial design and regression modelling, thus resulting in an increased profit.

BTX production Process using Lignin as raw material JAN 2017 – MAR 2017

The biorefinery product lignin is used to produce Benzene, toluene and xylene by lignoboost process. The economic analysis and environmental impact of the process were analyzed.

Design of SCR system for power plant exhaust gas treatment APR 2017 – MAY 2017

The objective of the Selective catalytic Reduction system is to have an ammonia slip less than 15ppm. SCR system is designed and evaluated by making a CFD simulation in the software tool ANSYS FLUENT.

Three stage reactor design (Manufacture of MEK)

JAN 2018 – MAR 2018

Complete plant was designed for the manufacturing of MEK using ASPEN HYSYS. Detailed heat transfer studied for the plant using ASPEN energy analyzer. A three-stage reactor with different operating conditions were worked and its economic impact on the plant were analyzed.
