I was working in one of their five star resorts in Goa. I was working on the hot and cold larder section which also included desserts and pastry. Mainly worked on the continental section. I was able to work with first years training which was a good opportunity for me to improve my training skill.

I worked there the hotel had won a hat in the good food guide everything was made fresh on site with fresh ingredients delivered daily. Working there mostly looked after the continental section which is an area of cookin which I enjoyed. I worked with a team of chef with as many as seven on at a time. I really enjoy working in a team environment.

I stared in the kitchen as a kitchen hand and there I worked my way up to the other section which consisted of the Fryer, Grill, Pan and desserts section. I worked all the section and worked with a lot of different chefs some of whome had to train me. Then decided to move on and chef broaden my experience.

This was a chance for me to work in an establishment that was multifaceted having so many different restaurants. The type food we were doing there was continental and pantry with dessert section.
