CAREER OBJECTIVE

I am determined to forge ahead in the field of emergency medicine which is relatively a new and young speciality in India which has to be established not only to meet day to day acute medical and surgical emergencies but also to provide planning and leadership for disaster preparedness because of recent urbanization,economic changes and worsening health care problems.

Currently working for Celebrity Cruise lines private limited USA. I was the Head of the Emergency department at NATIONAL HOSPITALS CALICUT, HEARTS MALABAR SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL

KOTTAKKAL, Kerala. I did my emergency medicine at MIMS (Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences calicut) hospital Which is a 1st NABH ( National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Health care providers) accredited multispeciality hospital in India, regional training centre for Fellowship in Emergency Medicine under direct guidance of Ronald Regan Institue of Emergency Medicine(RRIEM ) of George Washington University,Washington DC, United States of America.

•Trained in resuscitation of both Adults and pediatrics cardiopulmonary arrest with American Standard of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

•Trained in FAST (Focused abdominal sonography in Trauma)

•Trained in handling and stabilizing all paedatric emergencies including neonates.

•Trained in management of all surgical as well as orthopedics emergeicies, like poly trauma, acute abdominal, blunt & penetrating injuries, head injuries, fractures & burns.
