He can accept the quotations from different vendors and can create the indents. Using the indents he can generate a note and can send for Order Processing. In Order Processing he can view different kind of vendors who are available with different quotation details and can select the vendor whose can give the maximum warranty and lowest price. After generating order the order is downloaded as a word file and can goes for authorization manually. After authorization it is processed through the system. By doing this client can access the asserts in a systematic way.

Help Desk Management System (HDMS) is the system, which handles user requests on the problems, which are occurred in the Production. Customer can log the call using the web interface and select the project in which he is getting problem and enter the description about the problem. The supporting people who are responsible to the project can then notice the problem and can send online resolution. These logged calls can be assigned to the persons by the respective authority to the person. The customer can also Escalate the calls to the higher authority when the logged calls doesn’t have any response from the assigned person after 12hours of time.
