I’ve developed strong communication and liaison skills from working in small and larger sized teams with a variety of different types of people during my time at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Revolution De Cuba and Nandos. My confident and positive approach helps me to quickly adapt in teams and overcome any issues.

Main responsibilities involve preparing meals at a high standard, quickly for customers and as a team communicate to deliver the best possible service.

Communicate with customers face to face when running food and on the tills. Clearing tables fast and hosting the door to help ensure there isn’t a long wait time and everything runs smoothly.

Bartender: Revolucion De Cuba 11/15 – 10/16

Main responsibilities involved communicating with customers, dealing with busy crowds calmly and coordinating in a team to meet profit targets.

Upselling doubles was an incentive for all staff and I met the target of 65% multiple times resulting in a bonus in my paycheck and increased sales for the company.

Sales: Ibiza Rocks Hotel 06/19 - 10/20

Main responsibilities involved hitting an exact amount of sales per day 6 days a week in a competitive commission based environment.

Making use of every kind of promotion you can such as using the power of social media to push your resources to customers which usually ended up with them passing your media onto there friends and or family helping myself get beyond my targets all season.

General Assistant: Sainsburys 03/20 – 07/20

Main responsibilities included loading delivery vans and organizing the back storage room for the online department. Working closely with a smaller team of GA’s and the drivers to ensure deliveries all go on time and correctly.

Working to a fast paced important schedule with an abnormal amount of orders due to unsual conditions during the pandemic. We were often understaffed and given more workload but always got the job done.

Extracurricular Activities

Worked abroad doing 5 seasons as a public relations team leader and being apart of a sales team out in Palma and Ibiza.

During the first lockdown April 2020 I created an events company called Send It Events. Have managed to host 2 shows so far while be in a global pandemic.
