The concrete plant manager hires, trains, develops, supervises, and motivates employees towards accomplishing departmental and company goals and objectives, Direct sales and customer service/dispatch in servicing customers, coordinating schedules, production planning, direct P&L responsibility, AP/AR invoice responsibility, vendor negotiations, and ownership responsibilities Accomplishments:
