Managed the creation of 60+ pages, working with team members and publishers to ensure accurate and up to date content.

The goal of the project was to create an application that bankers have access to in and out of the office to meet client needs. Salesforce provided Capital One bankers with a cost-effective application that allowed customers and bankers to interact and do business in a safe and productive manner. Salesforce grants bankers access to all customers portfolios and account information in order to up sell or just to meet the clients’ needs and wants.

Bankers and higher up managers based on the hierarchy can get reports generated for accounts, leads, companies, and opportunities. Bankers would have the opportunity to meet clients and transform them from leads to opportunities, and to prospective companies and accounts.

Salesforce Mobile allowed bankers to access on the go which allowed them to create notes, reminders, calendar events, or set up meetings with clients. It gave them access to information about prospective customers and current clients at hand rather having to deal with numerous files.

Responsibilities:

•Created “As-Is Business Models”, required for auditing purposes as well as to be used as standard operating procedures, by meeting with SME’s from underwriting, finance, customer service, marketing and fulfillment departments.

•Created Wireframes for the self-service portal and authored the Functional Requirement Document.

•Conducted Wireframe’s and Functional Requirement Document walkthroughs with the Business Owner’s and obtained a sign-off.
