RESPONSIBILITYS

To develop implement company safety law, norm and standards on the workplace in the organization.

Inspect to locate unsafe acts & unsafe conditions through safety inspection on the regular basis and try to fix them in the meantime and to take corrective action as required for it.

Control minimize and eliminate the hazard from the work place through on job safety induction and job safety analysis.

Organize the safety training classes for the new employees refresher training for the old employees by launching safety compaign in the from of observing safety weeks and through other audio-visual aids including arranging contents, talk and seminar on safety.

To attend to safety meeting, toolbox meeting,to advice and suggest safe working system in the designated fields.

To ensure the personal protective equipment (PPE) are in working condition and being used by workers as per the job requirements & to report regularly performance as well as accident trends

Conduct daily site inspection to check work permit system is adhered to perform PPE check frequently to ensure all workers use it's correctly and properly. Maintain good housekeeping in the area at all times Conduct per day tool box talk.

Confined space- check entry permit gas testing and adequate light & ventilation arrangements before one enters into confined space. Working at hight- check whether workers are using safety harness, if they are

working at above 1.8 mitter hight, Guard rail/ fall arrester used while moving at hight.

Welding- Inspection for tools and equipment as well as necessary ppe used in welding process. Also check for adequate ventilation or exhaust fan for extraction of fumes and proper barricading on the working area. Grinding-check validation tag, earthing, cable condition, wheel and Check RPM of Wheel and grinding machine
