MANAGEMENT

·During my tertiary years I was a deputy chairperson of the Black Management Forum Student Chapter in 2008, in 2009 I then became the secretary of this prestigious society.

·In 2008 I was also a member of the South African Student Congress serving in the sub-committee.

·In 2009 I was amongst the few individuals who ensured that the Black Lawyers Association ran effectively as I was holding the office of the Community Liaison Officer.

·Furthermore, I was a Floor Manager for a whole year working at Captain Dorrigo’s.

COMMUNICATION

·I have acquired the skills of public speaking through some sermons which I have given at church. In addition, I am a public representative and I always address the crowds during community participation forums. Furthermore, I am multilingual which makes it easy for me to be able to communicate.

LEADERSHIP

·Currently, I am holding various leadership roles in various organization but of note is my leadership roles within RUCC Port Elizabeth Christian Church. I am in the Men’s Ministry leadership, I am in the youth leadership board and I am also a home cell leader as well.

·Furthermore, I am co-running a football team which seeks to empower teenage boys.

·My key responsibilities was to perform all data capturing which was required and to ensure that I consolidate any clerical errors which might have arose. Furthermore, I was responsible for the filling and to ensuring that the filling was done in a neat and a tidy manner. In addition, I was responsible for the scan operating due to the machine’s complexity.

·My key performance arrears during this era was to prepare the construction sites for the employer and as well as to liaise with the community and as well as the employees. Furthermore, I was also responsible to liaise with the Occupational Health Safety officer who was on site as to all the necessary safety precautions which needed to be taken. In addition, I was responsible for making of site reports and to also ensure that any obscurities were prevented at all cost.
