This project is part of HMC’s Risk Mitigation Program which intends to mitigate risks by upgrading fire protection and life safety (FLS). The scope of Work involves Fire life safety Works, CTV Works, Construction of New Dentistry and Courtyard building including fit-out Works, Refurbishment of Gynaecology and ICU sections of Al Khor Hospital. ASTAD’s role is of PMCS and Contract Management Services.

Contract Amount – QAR 6.15 Billion (USD 1.68 Billion)

Client – Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL)

This project was part of the Orbital Highway (one of the flagship project of Ashghal’s Expressway Program) connecting Mesaieed to Salwa Road. The scope of Work involves 30 Km Mainline of 5 Lanes each direction Expressway and additional 2 separate Lanes for Trucks on either side with 5 intersections and other utility Works related to Kahramaa (Electrical and Water), QP, Q-Tel, QAF, TSE Works, Drainage Works etc. The Scope also involves about 15 Km of 4 Lanes in each direction of branch roads.
