As a Commissioning Instruments Engineer:

Responsible for supervision and monitoring to all contractors.

Closely monitor and resolved all queries raised by sub-contractors regarding technical non conformities and standards, review all change work as required.

Liaise with the QA/QC to ensure the RFI for test and reports and NCR are closed out.

Prepare and review method statement, Pre-commissioning procedures, checks, tests, mechanical completion of instruments in line with the P & ID’s and etc…,

Supervision of inspection and loop test are carried out in safe and controlled manner.

Liaise with the construction and commissioning team.

Attending the minutes of meeting with the client regarding the progress of the work and quality related issues.

Perform technical task assigned by the Commissioning site Leader related to the preparation and execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up activities. Interface with construction, Engineering, Procurement Contractor disciplines, construction personnel, vendors and subcontractors.

Sign off mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning tests, checks sheets and verify progress database.

Liaised for Signed Loop Folders.
