Responsibilities;
Welcoming and receiving guests.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Active in removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to kitchen for cleaning.
Preparing and serving Special dishes at tables as required and stocking service areas with supplies such as drinks and food
Tale accurate food and drink orders, using a POS ordering software, order slip or by memorization
Responsible for ensuring that all tables and chairs are clean as per standards.
Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the restaurant.
Attends necessary training sessions whether within or outside of normal schedule working hours.
Ensures that the operating equipment and general supplies for the restaurant are maintained
Maintains a level of confidentiality of guest information and restaurant business details.
Ensures that all guests are welcomed, seated and thanked on departure.
Advices and recommends food & beverage choices to guests, up-selling and increasing revenues.
