Maintain the records for variation of all the projects.

Preparing bill of quantities and drafting requisition documents.

Preparing weekly & Monthly progress reports and submitting to Project Manager.

Approve payments to sub contractors and variations to contracts.

Negotiate and preparation variation orders.

Responsible for taking out the quantities for Excavation.

Receive, check and verify accuracy of sub contractor’s invoice by visiting and inspecting the site work. Study the specifications, Tender drawings, Construction Drawings & as Built Drawings of the projects to check the take-off the quantities.

To check the Sub Contractor enquiry documents, sub contractor evaluation statements, taking off, contractor orders and payment certificates, evaluation of variations, monthly valuations, cost value reconciliation statements, contractual claims etc.
