Responsibilities:

●Prepare, extend and negotiate offers (Comp & Ben discussion), ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation guidelines and navigating approvals on exceptions, if appropriate

●Ensure appropriate documentation is collected and properly stored at each stage of the recruiting cycle.
