DUTIES:

Keeping the labour record

Training site clerks on Kronos, People Soft and HRI system

Arrange medical bookings for pre-employment, periodical and exit medicals for everyone on site.

Preparing Take-On-Forms for new employees and secondment contracts for Core employees

Preparing sick leaves and check sick leaves records for senior HR Manager.

Liaising with the Site Clerks regards weekly labour hours.

Processing Mobilisation and Demobilisation

Collect payroll input and prepare Worksorder for HR Manager to sign off before required deadline

Check payroll variances and correct errors

Manage overtime, leave records, allowance payments, deductions etc.

Distribution of payslips, IRP5’s and other employee documentation

Updating payroll and HR Services with Employee information changes

Complete and submit Employee benefit fund take –on and termination forms

Follow-up employee membership with funds, including changes to membership

Liaise with employees, Shared services, the fund administrator regarding all changes to the benefit structures

Expedite all employee withdrawal benefits processes

Process documentation for withdrawal, death, retirements and disability from benefit funds

Terminate employees from payroll

Ensure follow up is done with all relevant stakeholders

Attending to employee queries on line and on counter

Preparing Monthly HR Report

Processing of IOD Claims to FEM

Preparing Monthly wages cost reports and email to various sites

Attending all sites timekeeping queries and make sure employee hours are all up to date
