Senior Consultant Systems Integration May 8, 2018 to July 24, 2020
Support a team of Engagement Managers researching data required to setup customer-facing contracts for networking solutions.
My manager and director assigned me to a team of Engagement Managers in the Southeast territory during a pilot program. My focus was to develop and map the procedures required for future Inside Account Representatives to transition into a senior consulting position. The position eventually migrated into supporting a product line (Hosted Voice Services). My main duties were researching pricing, gathering various documents, loading all information and documents into a tool, and creating customer-facing contracts. My daily functions also required working directly with vendors and buyers to request and track vendor purchase orders, reporting status of orders to a team of internal customers, interfacing with internal and external customers in online meetings, and requesting customer invoices upon project completion.
