Cleanup of data, consolidation, and then reporting to the President and CFO required a half a million lines of data dump from Suncor’s SAP server, and the reporting was done to highlight weekly information.

Organized data and cleaned up receivables that resulted in the collection of previously uncollectable receivables discrepancy period. This resulted in better cash flow to meet payables. Made weekly trips to Ft. McMurray to update Flint Transfield’s senior managers since ThyssenKrupp Safway was subcontracted to provide scaffolding services to Suncor Oilsands in Ft. McMurray.

Implemented efficient system on tracking costs on Shell Scotford and Shell Albian Sands projects, involving union labour hours, allowances, travel expenses, meal expenses, vehicle costs, safety equipment costs, materials, tools, and asset tracking. Many recommendations made on process improvements that were later implemented by Management.

Management of capital asset purchases of cranes, financing of such purchases, and in tracking on use of such cranes

Excellent computer skills with special skills in MS-Office and advanced knowledge of MS-Excel. Very knowledgeable on the concepts of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). Knowledgeable in statistics and analytical software. Have some experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as JD Edwards, Great Plains, and ACCPAC ERP software. Also have very good knowledge of small business software such as Sage 50 Canada.
