Responsible for empowering Conduent’s ~70,000 global employees to achieve our company’s mission, and together with them, to create a culture that attracts and inspires the industry’s most client-oriented talent. Conduent is the world's largest provider of diversified business services (Fortune 500 listed in 2018) with leading capabilities in transaction processing, automation and analytics.

Formed Conduent’s HR Leadership team post the spin from Xerox and reimagined the HR support model. Transformed the function through technology; incorporating remote shared service centers, AI and automation to enable the reduction of the HR budget from $90m to $53m over three years while providing improved “consumer quality” employee interactions.

•Implemented Oracle HCM across 29 Countries providing a single point of truth for all people related data and introduced Tableau reports for all HR operating metrics to provide management with relevant data that was individualized, immediate, and intelligent.

•Led the people side of a comprehensive M&A program including the divestiture of approximately $1.26B in revenue and the transfer of more than 25,000 employees across multiple sell and buy side transactions.

•Conducted a multi-year job evaluation and leveling project that resulted in a job architecture model that combined job leveling structures with career paths, job families and pay grades/ranges to provide a comprehensive platform for supporting global growth across the organization.

•Transformed the performance management process by establishing point-in-time evaluation of employee performance utilizing Oracle Fusion. Initiated the formal Talent Review and Succession Planning process for senior management and reviewed outcomes and recommendations with the Compensation Committee and the full Board of Directors.

•Created the Learning Ecosystem Ambassadors Development (LEAD) program which earned a prestigious 2019 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Award for “Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation.” This initiative expanded the learning capabilities of Conduent’s workforce by enabling dedicated LEADers to develop and curate content that was relevant to their unique organization.Through its implementation, the Company successfully trained and continues to certify hundreds of employees focused on their individual businesses to drive a daily habit of learning.

•Launched iCIMS hiring platform to address high volume recruitment needs (60,000+ annually) ensure applicant tracking and speed onboarding globally.

■Previously as Head of Employment law, was responsible for managing employment law and litigation globally. ■Reporting to the CEO, was responsible for leading the full range of Legal and Human Resource activities for the North American subsidiaries of this publicly traded (UK) medical device manufacturing company. Huntleigh was acquired by Getinge (STO:GETIB) in December of 2006 for $905 million.

■Oversaw the design, implementation and administration of all North American human resource policies and programs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, safety/OSHA, organizational design, recruitment, regulatory compliance and training initiatives.

■Established the in-house Legal function. Responsible for Corporate Governance, including corporate secretary functions and corporate compliance for the Board of Directors. Responsible for all Company Agreements, including negotiating, drafting, reviewing and approving documentation for commercial and financial transactions, Health Care Group Purchasing Organization agreements, customer agreements, distribution partner agreements, materials supplier agreements, employment and consulting agreements.
