Monitor & verify the in-process assembly & special process inspection reports as per documents on daily basis.

Review engineering and manufacturing specifications for all incoming materials.

Performs inspection in supplier site for heavy fabrication materials according to documented quality with conjunction drawings and customer specification.

Final inspection is carried out on as per Customer Job specification & internal documents record on PDI report.

Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective actions.

Maintain the calibration records for instruments & gauges as monthly schedule.
