Managing the activities of three buildings, 230,000 square feet, 7500 pallet positions, over 6,000 SKU’s, and more than 2,000 small parcel /ltl shipments daily.

Served as logistics manager, of the Reynold’s facility, for a $2.5B global company recognized as the leading provider of the household brands Reynolds and Hefty. Originally hired as a unit manager, promoted to distribution manager in 2002, then promoted to logistics manager in 2010.
Directed 3 distribution centers totaling 560K-square feet, with 2 distribution centers storing raw materials with 20K pallet positions. Headed the finished goods distribution center with 320K-square feet, 7,400 bin locations, 42K+ pallet positions, and supported mostly by drive-in racking.
Led annual P&L responsibility with a $5.7M operating budget and $8M transportation budget, while focusing on zero profit erosion.
Supervised 3 direct reports, 8 warehouse team leads, 41 hourly associates, and multiple temporary labor.
Lean manufacturing terms (5S, Kanban/pull systems, cellular flow, value stream mapping).
