PROJECT
Undergrad Research Project 2017-2018
• Executed a research project on Eisenia Fetida (earthworm) using different pharmacological agents by modulating the proteins. After the successful modulation of proteins they were analysed with the help of graphs. Accomplished protein extraction using
chloroform-methanol technique. Samples were given for profiling at IIT Bombay lab and orbitrap.
• Established connection between pharmacological agents and tissue regeneration for each earthworm by examining under the microscope using histology techniques.
