Mr. Barefoot has more than 40 years’ combined experience in petrochemical, polymer, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, L&G and wastewater treatment construction industries as well as various turn-around and pipe line assignments. The revise piping and storage tanks and docks to accommodate the offloading of ethanol by ship transfer. Construction for this gasoline and diesel storage facility, which included the installation of 48” RCP piping in containment levees throughout the gasoline storage area to allow cross flow containment, and the rework and excavation of floor to create positive flow of rain water runoff.
