Objective
I’m a driven learned individual with both customer service and administrative support experience. Currently, I am employed by the Social Security Administration (FDH), where I serve as a Medical Disability Examiner. I serve as a flexible team-player to meet the needs of the Administration, including but not limited to serving as a liaison between the Administration, claimants, healthcare providers, and a plethora of professionals. I have completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, as well as, coursework in criminology, global security, and research/data analysis. When considering my rigorous academic background and professional experience, I feel that I will serve the Commonwealth well in the position. I am in the process of relocating. I hope the information outlined in this objective is enough to warrant a face-to-face interview.

At SSA, I serve as a Medical Disability Examiner. My tasks include, but aren't limited to, reviewing disability claims of claimants to determine eligibility, analyzing medical records, treatment reports, and assessment of physical damages. I also serve as a liaison between the Administration, Mental Health Professionals, and Healthcare Providers.

At Jupiter Composite Group, I served as a Laminator/Project Manager, where, on a daily basis I assisted with assembly of wind energy turbines in the field. My role extended to an administrative role, which included ordering materials, constructability reviews (profitability), and scheduling.

At Loomis I was responsible for, but not limited to, vigilantly replenishing/servicing ATM Machines, coordinating with retail upper management of various enterprises, following a strict protocol/procedures, and practice defensive driving tactics to ensure safety of cargo/avoid bodily harm.
