• Advises 45+ residents directly on academic and social issues. Meets with each student individually quarterly and checks in on a daily or weekly basis.
• Goes on rounds to enforce the dry-hall policy and meets with students to answer questions following documentation of illegal activities.
• Promotes an environment conducive to academic achievement, good scholarship and intellectual stimulation while promoting the integration of social, emotional, life-planning, political, identity, cultural, and spiritual growth.

• Supported two associates in managing eight client accounts such as Representative Jaime Herrera Beutler and Representative Dan Newhouse of Washington State. Included developing new ads, daily mass emails, and contacting political teams directly to discuss strategy.
• Researched and provided slogans and marketing material for all clients. Included news articles and upcoming bills as well as any necessary marketing materials to generate client platforms.
• Wrote Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter posts daily for political and private clients. In managing accounts, this was a daily task that allows clients to connect with their broad audiences through the guidance of Go Big Media experts.

• Prepared binders and prepped hearing rooms for upcoming meetings and hearings by setting up chairs, connecting microphones, and setting out water for the Representatives. During the hearings, the bills were also handed out to each Representative, respectively.
• Researched materials for upcoming trials related to nuclear competitiveness in the U.S. specifically topics concerning the Environment subcommittee. Additional research related to alternative power sources such as hydropower were also included.

• Gave tours to groups of 15 constituents of the Capitol. Over 20 tours were given spanning the House office buildings and the Capitol building.
• Prepared four offices for day to day business with constituents and staff needs. This included organization, stocking of fridges, making coffee, turning on machines, and reviewing voicemails and daily agendas.
• Collected and distributed constituent mail, faxes, and answered ~60 phone calls daily to the appropriate staffers.

• Supported and advocated for fellow students to administration concerning the College of Arts and Sciences, relying on clubs and campus surveys to determine areas of academia that need to be improved university wide.
• Built relationships with deans and faculty on campus in order to develop bills to benefit College of Arts and Sciences’ students.

• Supports and represents fellow students to administration and greater student government department.
• Organizes events for the senior class that incorporate service and learning requirements.
