Sales Engineering-Heating

Responsible for representing the company, promoting commercial heating products to consulting engineers and commercial contractors, to achieve prime specification position and close project sales. Respond to the requirements of the customers with the objective of increasing sales and profits. Responsible for developing and leveraging the company’s value propositions based on knowledge of customer challenges and business objectives. Find, qualify and onboard new accounts through various methods of outbound prospecting.

Establish relationships with GTA engineering firms(20+) and commercial contractors(15+) to specify and sell commercial heating products

Ensure the solutions being proposed to the consultant meet the technical, financial and scheduling requirements of the project as per building owner requirements.

Successfully build sales of new commercial boiler products to contractors for 15 projects in first year valued at $2.2M

Ensure profit margins for project sales were achieved (avg. 22% GM)
