Senior Technical Consultant, DSG Systems Inc, Denver, CO Jan. 2006- Current Small Business Administration (SBA) Data Warehouse & Oracle Federal Financials

• Successfully created the centralized data warehouse solution for the entire agency by architecting, designing developing, and deployment. The OFSMart (Office of Financial Systems Data Mart) accesses data from several custom applications, relational databases, Oracle Federal Financials, and flat files. It is now used extensively by several departments within the SBA ensuring data integrity (accurate, complete, key constraints, and normalization)

• Data Profiling, Data Modeling, Star schema/Snowflake schema, Facts, Dimensions tables and transformations.

• Identify data related issues, suggest solutions and data cleanising rules

• Data Warehouse and ETL experience using Informatica Power Center Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor and Repository Manager.

• Received the Distinguished Service Award from Echostar. Annually this award is given to less than 1% of employees

• As a consultant from DSG Systems worked at Echostar Communications Corp (Dish Network), on Oracle ERP customizations (11i), designed and developed custom shipping interface from Order Management (OM) to custom Oracle applications

• Developed new forms, reports, concurrent programs, and modified workflow in Oracle Order Management to interface orders and shipments to several custom applications.

• Besides Oracle OM, worked on customizations and enhancements to several custom Oracle applications using forms, reports, and PL/SQL.

• Successfully architected, developed, and implemented a custom application called Dealer Disbursement system. Performed a lead role and guided 20+ developers to deploy the application.

• Dealer Disbursement system maintains several thousands of dealers nationwide and millions of subscribers and calculates dealer incentives based on complex business rules and disburses payments every week and month.

• Developed data models (Conceptual, Logical and Physical)

• Based on the subscribers and dealers growth, this application is tuned to improve the performance. Successfully incorporated new business rules in a very short period of time.

• For this application worked both as a technical and functional lead.
