• Managed entitlement process on district property in the City of Vacaville o Project involved determining highest and best use for residential in-fill project in the city center with housing on the district’s corporation yard and offices

• Administered a complex project which involved a large employment center, annexation process with San Joaquin County, EIR and other entitlement requests o This enabled the city to open a Blue Cross (medical) office operation and mixed-use development within a 18-month timeline with budget, keeping the project and 1,200 jobs in the community

• Coordinated with the Engineering staff to prepare a Water Supply Assessment report and other engineering documents in support of the project

• Worked closely with elected officials within Lodi and elected board members of the San Joaquin County LAFCO

o Project was an early LEED-ND candidate with innovative mix use and LEED components.

• Selected as program manager for permit consulting and infrastructure technology reboot for a new wireless system for Roseville Telephone Company (now Consolidated Communications)

• Managed a staff of 25 and 250 projects, which involved real estate, planning and 3
