Translate and encode college graduation and academic requirements using a proprietary language (Scribe) developed by Ellucian. Analyze institution's source documents to determine all college, degree, school, major, and minor requirements for undergraduate and graduate programs that need to be encoded. Coordinate with institutions to obtain source documents used for scribing institutional degree requirements while identifying unique situations that may not be covered by the initial scope of the Scribe engagement. Identify potential implementation concerns within institutional programs requirements or business processes. Work closely with Ellucian’s Implementation Team and members of the client’s team to problem solve and find solutions to complex requirements as well as identify solutions to complex issues and establish best practices for training delivery and roll out.
Lead clients through configuration, training, and implementation of Ellucian’s Degree Works and Transfer Equivalency Self Service products. Provide direction and guidance to project stakeholders and campus power users during the course of implementation and system go-live to align business needs with system configuration. Lead clients through catalog analysis, scribing and audit review processes. Perform process analyses and assist clients to manage change before, during and after system go-live. Identify client needs and make recommendations for additional services and internal or partner solutions. Partner with institutions to meet project goals and timelines; institution sizes range from large state college systems and universities to small liberal arts, regional and community colleges. Participate in conference calls with client implementation team, Technical Consultants, Scribe Consultants, and Project Managers throughout the implementation stage of Degree Works. Provide assistance and support to Sales Representatives on a variety of software products. Compose and deliver statements of work relative to services requested.

Customized delivered scribe for The Rudolph H. Raabe College of Pharmacy and The Thomas Jefferson Smull College of Engineering, which was purchased by the university, in order for it to match ONU’s complex curriculum. Developed custom coding for the Distribution and General Education requirements.
