Strategy and People Head

• Active supervision of recruiting, climate maintenance, 1:1s meetings, continuous development of the employees, OKR’s

(goals) creation and maintenance, creation of culture and employer branding content (LinkedIn), creation of business planning and strategy reviews for the startup.

• The major project was the implementation of OKRs (goals) and the meetings that supported it, like planning and debriefing.

The greatest challenge I have faced was the creation of two things: recruiting and development areas and business planning strategies. I have solved it by searching with the best startups how they did it and I have implemented at Spin what we thought it could fit. The outcome was that we were able to see what our greatest goals was, in a strategic way and could align everyone to work their best. As a result, we were able to grow 33% in revenue by month with a 0% turnover.

• Company’s structure creation with goals and meeting development, like OKR planning and debriefing, 1:1s, feedbacks meetings, OKRs development and results meetings.

• Lead communication of the company strategy to all areas showing the way to achieve it. In this way we started to grow 33% by month in the last 3 months, compared to 11% in the other 3. Financial Analyst

• Responsibilities: to control and process the client's subscriptions and redemption (investments sent by the brokers).

I was responsible for the registration of new clients (average of 180 per day).

Update and elaboration of reports and institutional presentations regarding the fund’s strategies.

Creation and automation of reports and process.

Responsible for the process of change in the fund’s administration.

Responsible for calculating and charging rebates to distributors and registration of new distributors.

• The major project I have completed was the changes in the fund’s administrators. We had to move around 30 funds and it take like 4 months of work to move it all to a new distributor. I had to create all the paperwork, do the orders to move the money and control it in a dashboard that I created. We moved around R$30bi.

Besides helping in the administration transfers projects, that were around R$30bi. I created an automation process, in spreadsheets that we spent around 1 hour, we could spend 5 minutes. And created a control dashboard, we used to run with 3~5 mistakes in operations a month and we were able to reduce it to zero, because the dashboard shows us what was wrong before we send the confirmations.

People Management and Analytics Analyst

• Responsible to help clients in establishing people reviews process, okrs and implement feedbacks. I have helped 4 clients in 2 months that I stayed in the area (GetNinjas, Yellow, OData, Linte). After that I created the People Analytics area and we have helped the clients to understand all the data of the reviews process. I have created dashboards that could be used by all clients just by inserting the data on it. So, I started creating dashboard with the development area and I have also worked in the climate survey, designing actions to help employee engagement, like performance awards and in the creation of the company’s review process. Besides that, I was responsible to onboard all the new employees that enter every 15 days.

• The accomplishment I am proud of is the onboarding project! Because it was a big issue that we had, and no one wanted to develop it. So, I have designed a new onboarding, creating an online Wikipedia of the company and an automated spreadsheet to help the new employees, it worked pretty well, and we had several great feedbacks about their first weeks.

In the Performance Award Prizes project, I have designed the awards attending to employees needs of recognition and in the New onboarding project I was responsible by onboarding the new employees the best way we could, in a great way.
