2013 to Present • MONTEFIORE ST. LUKE’S CORNWALL (MSLC) • Newburgh, NY Nonprofit hospital with 2,500 employees serving the Hudson Valley. Part of 11-location Montefiore Health System. Vice President – Administrative Services (2017 to Present) Lead multiple functions for 392-bed hospital, including compliance, contracts, government affairs, human resources, information technology, occupational health & safety, community development and risk management. Manage 5 direct reports, 100-member team, $48MM hospital budget and $80MM system-wide salary budget. Serve on Strategy and Compensation Board Committees, providing administrative expertise and leadership for key initiatives.
• Drove significant culture change, implementing accountability, creating Diversity & Inclusion Committee, increasing engagement from 4% to 91%, leading hospital to achieve “Great Place to Work” status for 4 years and influencing system to be named #25 on Fortune’s “Top 40 Best Places to Work in Healthcare”. Subsequently, patient experience scores increased and organization achieved first profitability in a decade in 2019.

Initially, oversaw all HR, labor relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting and organizational development activities for 2-unit nuclear power plant that supplied New York City power. Following business transformation, guided and supported $1.7 billion Indian Point Energy Division’s leadership team as their HR Business Partner. Managed up to 4 direct reports and budgets up to $5MM while driving operational excellence and business value.
