·Analyzed source code of an existing global payment system and extracted business rules from the code. This was done using CA Gen 8.6.

·Documented business rules, window design, and GUI behavior of the existing 500+ modules. These documents will be used as a starting point to build a new system to replace the current application.

·Reviewed the current database I/O modules and documented the SQL statements necessary to retrieve the required data. These statements were also tested using SQL Developer.

·Designed and built an Accounting and Balancing System using CA Gen, formerly IEF 5.3. This system reduced daily balancing time from several days to 2-3 hours.

·Designed a rules-based interactive interview system. This dramatically reduced intake time and significantly increased the number of customer services provided.
