● Create Work From Home Policy which includes consistent communication of all COVID- related Company updates to the team, advised on policy and procedures.

Applied Concepts Inc. was sold in September 2019. I played a key role in orchestrating and executing the transition from being a privately owned organization to an organization owned by a Private Equity Firm. Some of my responsibilities included but were not limited to introducing and assimilating a new CEO, ensuring legal compliance, benefit management, retaining top talent and Non-Compete Agreement execution.

● As a part of Senior Management, I partner with all levels of organizational management to align HR department goals, objectives and systems with business needs and priorities.

● Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to analyze, create and influence change necessary to drive the business forward at a continuing annual growth rate of 10% year over year.

● Partner with management when creating compensation plans.

● Create all counseling documents for employees and collaborate with management on the progressive disciplinary process, approve and conduct all terminations.

● Support, coach, guide and advise the leadership team on HR Issues, regulations and responsibilities.

● Develop and manage succession planning by proactively forecasting staffing needs.

● As part of the Senior Management Team, my focus was to partner in developing and implementing business plans for our region that produced $64 million dollars in revenue. This region included the following remote locations Atlanta, Orlando, Miami Lakes, Tamarac and West Palm Beach.

● Ensured that the HR strategy supported and aligned with the corporate strategy. Responsible for leading cultural changes and shifting employee focus to new product launch.

● Proactively partnered with Corporate Counsel on Wage and Hour claims to ensure liability was kept to a minimum by ensuring the Company complies with all State and Federal Labor Laws.

● Collaborated with the Federal Government, internal counsel and senior management to Investigate $3 million dollars in fraudulent transactions.

● Gathered evidence and actively pursued former employees who violated Toshiba’s NCAs to protect Company’s customer base.
