I am the GLOSSE Champion to represent MTS India (Front office). I am responsible for collecting and submitting serviceability issues feed back to Development team/STG or GLOSSE core team as and when required. I am equally responsible for what is being communicated with RTS, India and with GLOSSE team for our service escalations, issues, product features, customer CSAT on services, products etc.

As a champion, I edit wiki pages to write technical information on products, troubleshooting tips, add new product pages.

My primary job is to support System X,Pure Flex, BladeCenter & Storage products hardware breakdown, remote support on Installation, configuration and firmware update process.

Supporting clients on site and offsite as and when required for problem resolution based on escalation levels.

Troubleshooting on installation & configuration of new servers.

Remotely managing to support the customers for online fix.

As a part of job, does testing on defective hardware parts that are received from clients and reproduce the problem to take report to Product Engineering team for further case escalation if required.

I analyze hardware logs and write RCA that includes RAID sub system, other server sub system like Power, cooling devices, PCI NMI issues, Memory, CPU etc…
