Managed a staff of 10 people and ran the store when in the position of manager on duty. Resolved all personnel (internal and external) issues, including but not limited to staffing, pay, scheduling, personal conflicts and customer issues. Created schedule and worked out scheduling conflicts. Ensured food safety, timeliness and temperature. Maintained liaison with City/County/State Department of Health and made sure all guidelines were strictly adhered to up to. 28TH BOMB WING, ELLSWORTH AFB
Worked in the Wing Intelligence shop supporting not only the bomber squadrons but also other groups and squadrons such as Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), Security Forces, Civil Engineering and more. Helped decide force protection levels and threat levels to the base, local area and the US in general. Created bomb folders that included maps, what to do if downed, check points, bomb runs and bomb orders. Selected bombs for targets as required. Briefed pilots on upcoming flights, debriefed pilots upon their return, aided in weekly training, giving briefings on typical threats and what’s going on in the world at a TS/SCI/TK minimum clearance.

MANAS AIR BASE, KYRGYZSTAN
Work Force Protection flight under the Civil Engineering squadron. Ranking Airman leading groups of 2 to 12. Made sure all local and foreign national personnel were accounted for, complying with there contracts and nothing more. Assigned taskings and shifts daily to meet the military personnel per local/foreign national ratio required. Input daily information to aid in determining the local threat level and force protection level. Awarded Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) medal

ALI AIR BASE, Tikrit, Iraq
Worked with Security Forces to ensure that all the local and foreign nationals were accounted for on a daily basis. Ranking Airman in the shop and ran all details working with other lower ranking Airmen to determine daily scheduling and placement of other Airmen within the specific detail. Reported daily to help determine the force protection level and threat level of the base. Acted as customs to incoming foreign nationals contracted to work on the base, ensuring they didn’t have any illegal items in their bags or on their person and confiscating any found. Worked closely with the Visitors Control Center (VCC) to make sure all local national personnel were cleared to be on the base and where they were going and making sure they carried no illegal items on their person or in vehicles. Awarded Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) medal.

18TH WING, KADENA AIR BASE
Supported 7 different squadrons ranging from fighters to rescue to surveillance. Ran the classified library and the map room ensuring all were compliant with Air Force Instructions (AFI) and would pass all inspections. Worked with other branches of military, other squadrons and groups to provide necessary intelligence and other support. Worked as part of the Force Protection Group and the Threat Working Group to determine threat levels to the base on a monthly basis. Informed both groups of any intelligence that would immediately change either level. Ranking Airman in shop and tasked with tasking down work to other Airmen within the shop, working with vendors for documents, maps and other necessary items within the shop.

INTELLIGENCE TRAINING SCHOOL, GOODFELLOW AFB
Learned all the facets of Applications Intelligence. Worked with visual recognition of US and foreign aircraft, worked to learn to give as much information as possible in five minutes or less. Learned the difference between a scripted brief, training brief, informational brief and general brief. Learned Microsoft office, especially Microsoft power point, to illustrate points and ingrain information into the minds of those attending the brief. Learned to determine what information was important enough to push immediately and what information was able to wait until weekly briefing. Received my Secret and Top Secret clearances undergoing rigorous questioning and background checks.

Went through the extremely rigorous training process of entering the military. Learned how to properly address superiors, march, salute and wear my uniform. Learned to pay attention to detail, work as a team no matter the circumstances and get the job done.
