Currently, I am the Nurse Manager at the Cardiovascular Center at Atrium Health-Cleveland. I supervise 7 members of a clinical staff, provide guidance, leadership, and supervision to the staff. I ensure staff meet initiatives and goals set by the organization. Interact closely with the doctors to ensure that procedures are started on time and protocols and standard of care are followed. Graduated with my nursing degree in 2005, started working in the Emergency Department as a floor nurse of a Level III Trauma Center.

Worked in the Cardiovascular Center at Atrium Health – Cleveland, where I was responsible for pre, intra, and post-op care of patients that are receiving vascular intervention, diagnostic heart catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms, and direct current cardioversions. I also monitored vascular procedures using Merge and was the educator for the department. I provided the unit education and ensured our team members were competent and proficient with our procedures and equipment that is being used.
