Throughout my 16-year marketing career with Feld Entertainment as a promoter, I have marketed and settled over 250 engagements. I have settled engagements with venues as large as NRG Stadium and as small as Pikeville, KY. I have had the great opportunity to promote and settle some of the most notable brands in the world including Disney on Ice, Disney Live, Sesame Street Live. Jurassic World Live Tour, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and Marvel Universe LIVE!. I was responsible for comprehending the deal points of each contract, working to resolve disputes, and ensuring that settlement occurred as agreed upon. In addition, I was responsible for maximizing ticket sales revenue via the creation of fully built out marketing plans. Creation of an in-depth marketing plan was vital to an events success. A key part of the marketing plan was creating and negotiating advertising plans. I negotiated Broadcast TV, OTT, cable, radio, outdoor, print, social, and digital paid media. Additional marketing plan responsibilities included market research to understand the target demographic, setting marketing budgets, working with external media agencies, working cross functionally with all pertinent internal departments, overseeing promotional messaging and design of marketing assets, and real time response to ticket sale trends. After my first stint with Feld Entertainment, I had a great opportunity to represent the Dubuque Fighting Saints as their President of Business Operations. I oversaw 10 direct reports while indirectly managing 30 additional staff. I have acquired a number of skills and abilities that suit me well to this position including leading an entire organization, cultivating long term relationships with all internal and external partners, expanding and aligning marketing decisions with brand awareness, day to day management of P & L, as well as strategic planning of goals and objectives.
