Project Abstract: Microsoft’s Project ‘SMSGR’. SMSG is one of the core groups at Microsoft and it stands for “Sales, Marketing, Services, IT & Operations Group”. The R on the end is the Readiness team – SMSGR – the team is part of the Operations division. The team provides training to the Microsoft field as a whole – helping the company get ready. SMSG Readiness (SMSGR) uses a tool called the Readiness Management System (RMS) to manage content development (builds), final publication of the content, curriculum planning and delivery management. This tool allows SMSGR to effectively manage field requirements around readiness and what the field should be consuming each year.

Using revenue as a measurement service banks & financial institution, real estate mortgage & lending companies, commercial creditors, government entities, insurance companies, credit unions, medical and utility companies, student lenders, servicers and business/service organizations. Represent clients on retail, real estate default, commercial and collection matters involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, evictions.

The EDI Send project is for extracting the data from Data Warehouse views and loads the data into staging tables using SQL Server integration services to generate the output files for monthly, weekly and daily basis.

The EDI load project is a key component of a larger enterprise wide process of making data available to other WWR systems. The goal of the new EDI process is to convert the current EDI processing in a technology and architecture that promotes easy turn-around time in new builds as well as modifications to existing load processes.

Project Summary: The Premier Sales Tool (PST) is a field-facing tool designed to support account targeting and the right-sizing of support services selling. It forms one of three pillars in the Premier vNext Program being developed and rolled-out in FY13-FY14.

‘Right-sizing’ is defined as the identification of the appropriate quantum and types of services for an account. The recommendations are made at a TPID-level. ‘Peer group comparison’ is used as the analytical basis for making recommendations. Accounts with the largest gaps to predicted sales outcomes are prioritized as high-potential targets.

This increases the cost of maintenance as there are number of isolated BTGS systems exist all over the world. So, BT decided to merge these systems in a single system. Data Migration is required to migrate data of any Source System to a Target System. After migration of data, all the source systems are replaced by the Target System and the client applications access the same data from the Central Repository of the Target System.
