I have done BSc, B.Ed. and have an experience of 4.5 years in English medium school. As a teacher, I created lessons that engaged all learners by applying a variety of teaching methods and utilizing SMART Board technology. I formed cooperative learning groups, organized individual projects. Alternative assessment methods such as portfolios in combination with traditional test enabled me to evaluate the students individually.
In a staff development workshops, I attended called problem-based learning, I learned to pose open-ended questions that children could research over the internet.
