Project Description: Headquartered in New York City, Assurant is 310 on the Fortune 500 list of the largest publicly traded companies in the United States. “ePrism” is an insurance domain project. This project helps the domestic users to add insurance to the mobile devices purchased.

1. Client-Server based ePrism application is used by Customer Service Reps to file mobile device claims for customers. ePrism application is a domestic application for handling extended warranty & insurance for mobiles. This application handles claims and enrollment, accounting, fulfillment and claim letters of Mobile customers for domestic market.

2. Client-Server based ACW application is used by the officials for various purposes such as Reimbursement checks which are processed in a newly designed application, configurations of security permissions to the Call Center Employees based on their roles.

3. Web-Ex is the web version of ePrism for customers to file a new mobile device clime track an existing mobile device claim and upload & submit

claim related documents.

Job Duties:
