Vice President of Operations 01/2016 to Current

ETi Solid State Lighting, Inc – Wheeling, IL

Establishing, implementing, and communicating the strategic direction of the Operations Division of this American subsidiary of a publicly traded international company, while collaborating with Executive Leadership to develop goals.

Supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems, as well as spearheading infrastructure and process changes to support 300% revenue growth from ‘16 to ‘20.

Relocated the office and warehouse in ‘19 into a facility 3X the size, including design/layout of the new building to optimize efficient operations, producing $500K savings on inbound shipping costs in ‘19, with expected $1MM in ‘20.

Negotiating agreements with freight carriers, reducing rates by 20% and savings of over $200K annually.
