Description: Rally reporting is a reporting service provided to Rally health and wellness application. This offers various health and wellness activities for its clients, employees and their dependents. MicroStrategy team gives overview of their employes’ health and wellness through Reports and there by enabling them to counsel/incent to promote their wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

●Involved in implementing the Full Life Cycle of the project starting with gathering requirements from the business users and documenting the specifications to deliver the end reporting solutions.

●Performed data analysis, data mapping, gap analysis, data integration from multiple sources, created data dictionary.

●Developed dashboards for executives for different kinds of views.

●Created Transformations (table based, formula based) for using in comparative reports like sales this year to last year (year to date and month to date).

●Extensively worked with MicroStrategy Desktop/Developer. Extensive experience in building filters, consolidations, transformations and custom groups, attributes, hierarchy, metrics, Schema Objects and prompts to generate reports meeting the Business Analyst needs.

●Worked with Business Analyst in translating business requirements into Functional Requirements Document and to Detailed Design Documents.

●Created MicroStrategy objects like Metrics (Conditional, Transformational, Dimensional, and Compound), Filters, Prompts (Filter, Object), Templates and Reports.

●Delivered formatted and conditional formatted reports through MicroStrategy Office.
