Numerical Study of Wing Sweep and Anhedral in Ground Effect Organization: Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra This project focussed on the aerodynamic characteristics of the swept and anhedral wing configuration in ground effect at low subsonic speed. Aerodynamic characteristics and flow features obtained from the CFD analysis have been studied and compared for different wing configurations. The ground effect is found to be more prominent at low ground clearances. The high values of static pressure and low values of velocity magnitude are obtained close to the ground.

Reclamation of parts used in Russian Fleet Helicopters Organization: 3 BRD, Indian Air Force, Chandigarh

The nozzle guide vane obtained after following the steps (Tungsten Inert gas welding, Crack-detection test, Non- Destructive test) is found to be in a satisfactory condition. The cracks are fully reclaimed o r eliminated with the processes and hence the reclamation process is found to be cost-efficient. Comparison between One-equation and Two-equation Turbulence Models Organization: Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra NACA 0015 Airfoil was used for the numerical study at supersonic Mach no. for comparison between one and two equation turbulence models. One-equation models relate the turbulent length scale to some typical flow dimensions and Two-equation models provide the accurate equation for turbulent length scale. S-A model also allows for reasonably accurate predictions of turbulent flows with adverse pressure gradients. k- model has two model equations one for k and other for . Hence, k- model is considered as more accurate than S-A model. Study the Design of an Adaptive Controller using Thruster Actuator for a Test LEO Satellite Organization: University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun In this research study, an attitude control algorithm in the presence of twelve thruster as the satellite actuator is studied based on adaptive control. Further, a Pulse Width-Pulse Frequency (PWPF) modulator is used for converting continuous controller signals into equivalent discrete one. Then, adaptive attitude control and disturbances torque has been studied. Finally, the simulation results in three different cases show that the designed adaptive attitude controller can decrease the tracking error and increase the accuracy of the system performance in the presence of uncertainty under certain conditions. ACHIEVEMENTS

• Committee Member of Aeroclub (Society of Upes, Dehradun).

• Member of Aerosphere, Chandigarh.

• Won awards in several college competitions.

• Participated in various forum activities and college cultural activities. EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
