DCS operation of boilers and TG.

TDBFP Operation

Stator water cooling system operation

Exposure in Boiler start up (cold, hot) and shutdown practices.

Exposure in TG rolling (cold, warm, and hot) and shutdown practices.

Wall blower optimization.

Reheat Cycle.

Exposure in unit islanding, black out, resynchronization, TG protections.

Exposure to boiler tube leakage problems ash disposal problems, etc.

Annual maintenance and forced shutdown of boiler.

Boiler Commissioning: Drives off load/on load testing, duct inspection, Hydro testing, refractory drying, Alkali boil out, acid cleaning, Steam blowing.

Power House Equipment Commissioning: CEP, BFP, other LT drives off-load and on-load testing trial run. Condenser leak testing, vacuum pulling, steam dumping, TG oil flushing, TG rolling, TG Synchronization.

SAP system knowledge by defect booking, permit issue & closing.

Preparing IMS document for operation department.
