1. CRANK SHAFT CLADDING :

Engine type: 9L 48\60

Nature of work:

• Modelling of Crank shaft cladding for both coupling side (CS) and counter coupling side (CCS) of engine.

• Modelling of Casting part and machined part of Crank shaft cladding Assembly for CS and CCS.

• Checking the feasibility and assembling the components in Top Assembly. 2. CAMSHAFT CLADDING :

Engine type: 9L 48\60 and 18V51\60 DF

Nature of work:

• Modelling of Cam shaft cladding parts for both In-line and V-engine variants.

• Modelling of Casting parts and machined parts of Cam shaft cladding Assembly for both In-line and V-engine.

• Checking the global interference and assembling the components in top Assembly.

• Creation of Family table for 16V51\60, 14V51\60 and 12V51\60 Engine variants. 3. MODIFICATION OF EXHAUST PIPE COVERING:

Engine type: 18V51\60 DF

Nature of work:

• Conversion of 2D to 3D.

• Modification of exhaust gas covering to make feasible with 18V51\60 DF engine and its variants to avoid global interference.

• Drafting of modified sheet metal components.

• Preparation of BOM in SAP and release the drawings. 4. Design and Development of Quick clamp:

• Preparation of a conceptual Designs of Clamp.

5. Conversion of 600 cc Engine from 2D to 3D

• Understanding 2D Drawings and Conversion of same into 3D. 6. Rotary type of Car parking system (Academic project). A Rotary structure is constructed for parking cars, the idea of choosing this kind is to park more vehicles in less area. The system is designed with micro controller, which controls the DC motor.

• Automatic car parking system doesn’t require any attendant.

• 8 to 12 cars can be parked in just 2 car spaces.

• Sensors are used for human safety.
