Recruitment & Admin
* Employee database maintenance.
* Receiving mails and taking back ups of Resume.
* Following up with agencies regarding lineups for Interviews
* Client Management (managed nearly 12 agencies),Inventory Management
(Total car accessories and stationaries).
* Organizing Final Interview process with respective department heads
and then with general manager and executive director.
* Completing Formalities for selected Candidates (taking up Employment
forms, Receiving Certificates & Issuing Acknowledgement form for
certificates etc...)
