Overall in Charge of the hotel operations- Events, Conferences, Room Division, Food and beverage service, Sales & Promotion

Guest dealing for any major events and menu planning

Analysis of Monthly Sales report and Income and Expenditure statement

Daily Meetings with departmental heads- Food Production, F & B Service, Accounts, Purchase & Stores

Various promotional activities for events and restaurant.

Coordination with various vendors for operations

Planning and implementing various reports for smooth operations eg. Kitchen Checklist, Snag List, Daily Cash reports, Housekeeping Record book, etc

Planning and implementing staff policies and business strategies.
