Kiln - 6500 TPD

Coal Mill - 70 TPH

Cement Mill - 2 x180 TPH

Packing Plant - 6 x 120 TPH

2. From Jan. 2010 to 2011 Nov 2011

As a officer prism cement ltd I was looking operation and maintenance of C.F.Silo & Preheater Section.

P.H. Dip tube replacement Work.

Cooler drag chain replacement & maintenance Work.

Cooler plate & replaceable lip replacement Work.

3.From November 2011 to May 2013

I was looking operation and maintenance of Utility Section (Compressor, Water pump & Root blowers)

Maintenance of reciprocating, single and double acting cylinder compressor (Chicago pneumatic & Ingersoll Rand).

Maintenance of Two and three lobe blower.

4.From May 2013 to till date

As a Sr.officer I am looking maintenance of Packing Plant Section as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer (06 Nos. Electronic Packer make: Ventomatic capacity:120 TPH, 07 Nos. Truck loading Machine Make: EEL, 10 Nos. Wagon Loading Machine, belt conveyors, elevators, screw conveyors etc

Elevator maintenance & Screw Conveyor maintenance.

Plant Availability : Implementation of Predictive maintenance system for critical equipments in the plant (viz. fans, Gearboxes, Motors, Pumps, Blowers etc.) using vibration as the monitoring and analytical technique.

Vibration measurement at suitable frequency.

Analysis of the measured data using overall trend analysis to assess the health of the equipment and problem identification.

Problem rectification at an appropriate time and re-checking.

Use of phase analysis, start up / cost down technique, if necessary.

Single or double plane balancing of simply supported or overhung rotors
